At Bruno Menswear, we aim to ensure every order reaches you safely, promptly, and in excellent condition.
- Please note: At present, shipping is available exclusively to VIP customers. If you are interested in delivery and are not currently a VIP, please contact us at jp@brunomenswear.com.
All delivery charges are quoted inclusive of VAT and are based on your delivery region, not the number of items ordered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Dispatch & Processing

Order cut-off time for same-day dispatch: 1:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.

All orders are subject to product availability.

Tracking and/or signed-for delivery is provided for every order.

UK Mainland: Please allow 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Europe & Non-Mainland UK (including Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, etc.): Allow 3–5 working days.

Import Duties & Customs

We cannot accept responsibility for any delays at customs clearance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to conflict, fraud risk, political restrictions, or other extenuating circumstances. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
